Hi My LG washing machine (top load 7kg) does not wash properly. In most of the clothes detergent is there after washing and no use of fabric conditioner. Kindly i need help

Hi, Ensure that you are not overloading the washing machine. If you are using a powder detergent, the correct amount has to be fully dissolved in very hot water first, before putting it into the dispenser. If it is a detergent powder concentrate reduce the amount of detergent to compensate for the extra strength. (See above regarding dissolving the detergent). Here’s a video that shows how to clean the fabric dispenser outlet as it may be blocked.
