My tv 55mu6300 Samsung.. my tv got switched off while playing and it won’t turn on again.. I had a power surge issue because of my new heater.. o tried the method mentioned above.. but it didn’t work for me.. any suggestions will be appreciated?
Hi, Is the standby LED on indicating that the TV has power? If there is no standby light, disconnect the power from the TV and check that the fuse on the power board is OK. If there is a standby light disconnect the power from the TV and remove the back cover and inspect the boards, especially the power board for any obvious component damage such as blown capacitors or heat stressed components. If everything seems OK, reconnect the power and then use a Voltmeter to measure the voltages at the mainboard cable connection on the power board. The voltages values for each of the pins in the cable should be printed on the board near the connector
