“I have a samsung. HL-56186W. My tv turns off by itself. The 3 lights that are blinking are: stand by, lamp, and timer.
Debra, the lights blinking indicate a faulty bulb. Before purchasing a new bulb, turn off TV wait a half hour, remove old bulb and try reseating it. Plug TV back in and try.
