My tv is only a month old. I have an LG 49lj55 bought it a month ago but just installed today since the room it will be installed was being remodeled. Now today i finally set up the tv and was starting to use the smart tv apps in order to do so it asked for some updates, it froze during the update and turned off. Now when i turn it back on it freezes on the lf start up logo, or it just goes black. What should i do?? Please help!
@gianni005 since this is pretty much a new TV you do not want to do anything to it. Get on the phone and call to a.where you bought the TV and b to LG support and have them sort it out. Since the TV alreay gives you problems you really do not want to hang on to it. This sounds like a software issue but could be a whole bunch of other things. Go ahead, make the call.
