Tried everything to fix the problem but nothing seems to fix my UE Megaboom not charging at all.
Hi, First verify whether or not the speaker is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty period. If it is, consult the documentation that came with the speaker or go to the manufacturer’s website to find out what you have to do to make a claim for a warranty repair or replacement. If the warranty period is no longer valid, here’s a video that shows how to replace the battery that may be of some help
My Megaboom would only work while plugged in. When turned off charge light would not work. Not charging. Tried rebooting, used different charging cables and outlet plug. Still nothing. While plugged in with yellow cable and plug pushed the volume up and volume down together to check battery life and speaker said 40%. Looked at the bottom and charge light was flashing. Go figure……. working again for now.
My UE MEGABOOM only was playing while charging. When I displuged, it stopped playing (but da light of the on/off button was still on and my phone was still reconizing it on the bluetooh). I did the following steps said by Andrew Pifferini on the link below: Why won’t my speaker turn on? Now is playing without the charging cables. Hope this helps;
