Hi, Have you tried a different compatible charger and see if that works OK? Check the USB charge port with a magnifying glass and a strong light to ensure that all the pins are there (5) and that they are all straight and parallel with each other. Also check to ensure that the port enclosure is not blocked with lint etc which may be preventing a good connection. If there is debris lodged in the port enclosure, DO NOT use a pin or probe to try and clear it as you may damage the pins or cause electrical damage to the internal components. Try using a vacuum cleaner and see if this removes the obstruction.
