My Vizio E400i BC tv has a horizontal line across the top. The line shows what’s on the bottom of the screen. It’s transparent and it flickers. Sometimes it’s just a thin line.

Hi @broaman , Try adjusting the vertical position of the picture by using the TV’s picture position setting and check if this resolves the problem. Here’s a link to the user guide for the TV. Scroll to p.24 and then on to p.25 to find the setting and how to adjust it.
