My vizio looks like puzzle pieces on the screen. I still have audio and video in a small part. Bad panel? Update (06/30/2018) E500i-b1 puzzle pieces has sound and can see the menu.

Based upon the picture provided, the panel is broken. This is only repairable by replacing the panel.

Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Update (06/30/2018) Definitely a broken LCD panel. You would have to try and find a replacement. This can be chaore. you would have to search by the actual panel number not the TV model. Disassemble your tV and check the label on the back of your TV. If you want to you can post another image of that label with your question. On that label is a panel number. Use that to see if you can find a reasonably priced replacement.
