I did a hard reset for my childs nabi 2 tablet but I am unable to complete the setup because the wifi button is greyed out. What do I do?
- Turn off the tablet by holding the Power Button for 10 seconds. Tap the Power off option on the screen.
- Press and hold the Volume + Button then press and hold the Power Button together until a menu appears in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
- Use Volume – Button to select and highlight “Recovery Kernel” in green, then press the Volume + Button to select it.
- When nabi shows the Android character with the exclamation sign (!), press and hold the Volume – Button and Volume + Button together until the next menu appears. (You may need to try this a few times to make that blue menu appear)
- Use the Volume – Button to select and highlight “Wipe Data/Factory Reset” and press the Power button to select it.
- Use the Volume – Button to select and highlight “Yes-delete all user data” and press the Power button to select that option.
- When “Data Wipe” completes, “Reboot System Now” should be highlighted, Press the Power Button to reboot.
- Once the initialization is complete, you will see the nabi welcome screen where you can complete set up.
