I was useing it one sec. and the next i wasn’t even able to turn it on. And it does nothing when i try to charge it. My computer won’t read it eather.
Borrow a battery, or buy one at an online auction site. You should be able to replace the battery and test to see if this is causing the problem. Be sure to charge the Zune at least 8 hours after replacing the battery. Best of luck!
