You have a PATA (IDE) drive with an adapter frame for your system. You’ll need to remove the adapter frame to gain access to the pin interface just below it.

The IFIXIT [linked product missing or disabled: IF107-108-1] will allow you to connect your old drive.

Just remove the drive from the caddy by removing the 6 screws. you will find that the drive is a standard Fujitsu MHT2080AT 80GB 4200 RPM 8MB Buffer ATA/IDE-100 Ultra 44-pin 2.5 Inch 9.5mm Notebook Hard Drive.
