Why get another motherboard? It’s a risk on doing so because you might get one that is IMEI blocked or iCloud / Apple ID Activation locked meaning you won’t be able to use the phone. Network locked is also a possibility too. You are better off getting the touch IC chip replaced by a professional board repair technician than buying another motherboard which is going to just cost you a lot more at the risk of it being unusable.
Have you tried replacing the home button flexi cable first?
