Need to remove the Agitator and replace the Tub Drain Seal
You may not need it. The Agitator lifts straight up and off the plastic drive bell with a firm pull.
I found a service manual for your washer online but you need to pay a 10 USD fee in order to download it. Kinda your choice if you want to pay it or not to get the file but here you go.
