Going by your Model A1466 (EMC 2559) the logic board should be a 820-3209 Here is the description for the components outlined by you: F9700 is the backlight fuse it is a 3A 32V fuse in a 0603 package R9788 is a 301K 1/20W 1% resistor in a 0201 package C9782 is a 0.1UF 16V 10% X7R Ceramic capacitor in a 0402 package All of these components are part of the backlight circuitry.
Looks like the components are available at places like Mouser.com and digikey.com as well as many others.
