Ok it was T-Mobile phone that doesn’t work in my area they said phone was unlocked to change companies. So went to do so and Verizon said I need a different imei# now can’t get T-Mobile to do anything with it. I paid an unlock app to do it they say its unlocked but still can’t put with any other company. What can I do next to be able to use this phone with Verizon because I paid good money for new phone that I can’t use anywhere.
I don’t think you can use this phone with Verizon. a) This phone does not support CDMA b) This phone doesn’t have an ESN (associated with CDMA), I think this is what Verizon needed, not IMEI. c) This phone does not support Verizon LTE bands such as the 700mhz frequency You should see if AT&T/Cricket/Straightalk/Net10/Tracfone work in your area. Your phone will work with these carriers. They all have prepaid kits at Best Buy and Walmart so you can test it out without contracts.
