motor hums but does not rotate
@sueanne1 , Sue, If you are able to disassemble Christmas doll and check that the motor is indeed the problem and not perhaps a stripped gear or possibly out of adjustment. You can then take the motor/gear with you to a good hobby shop and find replacement part perhaps. You could also try a search on the net for replacement part using the make and model of your Doll.
