Hello, my friend gift me her MacBook Pro mid 2012 13" water damaged. (Magsafe blinking light - no power on) I have checked and cleaned the logic board but there are missing the following: R 5369R 5099R 5053R 5076C 4905C 4910 Where can I buy ? How can I understand the value of parts? Thanks Update (11/07/2017) Also missing - ARE THEY REALLY NECESSARY? R 5339R 5349R 5290R 5001R 5024R 5023C 7408C 7414C 7415C 7416C 5520R 5021C 7419C 7418C 1675C 1673C 1674C 1671 How can this system have worked if all those parts are missing?
Those parts are there for a reason. You can do without some of those capacitors but you NEED all the resistors! You can get the values on the schematic but it would be better to buy a donor board to steal the components off of. Look for your 820- number but I already know yours is a 820-3115 and get one from china. They are cheap then just steal what you need off the other board. You will need a hot air station and a microscope.
