Hello there, recently got an IPhone 6s to repair upon opening it I see that the battery has been replaced, on the USB amp meter when first plugged in It was cycling from 400 mah to 1 amp which alarm bells told me a short on the board, after poking around the board re plugging a couple connectors it now sits at 440 - 444 mah stable on the USB amp meter, I have tried the basic reset measures and the iphone still does not turn on, The battery voltage is sat at 3.2 volts which I am not sure is healthy or not but I know that when the voltage is below a certain point the phone wont decide to bump up to 1 amp and charge, just wondering what else anyone can recommend?, I don’t have a variable PSU that could deliver a 2 amp at 4 volts directly to the battery, It also has me wondering why the battery was replaced in the first place!, would love some answers thank you!.

0.32v is on the low side, a healthy circuit should give 3,6v and up..something is wrong somewhere, Tristar and Tigris are both related to charging, you should check both and related components, hard to tell what’s wrong exactly without testing.
