Solved New Battery From Ifixit Lasted One Charge And Quit Macbook Pro 15 Retina Display Early 2013

I replaced the battery (from Ifixit) in an early 2013 MBPro, charged to 100%+ then used for one day & discharged to 25% then the computer shut down & wont restart. Lights on MagSafe don’t come on. Tried “shift+command+option & power with no success. Any suggestions?

Disconnect the battery from the Mac and plug in Magsafe..if it’s a battery issue the Mac will boot with no need to press power button; if that’s the case just contact iFixit customer service for a replacement here: https://help.ifixit.com/ If it won’t autostart it’s more likely a board issue.
