I had the battery to my I phone 4 replaced because it would suddenly turn off. Now the battery symbol in top right of the screen wll only go up to 33%. Works great but concerned why the number stays on 33%!!
Vicki, I phone 4 new battery not charging past 33%. Ensure the charge port is clean, blow it out if any sign of dust,lint,etc.. After looking through a few forums, bad/faulty cable could be issue and not using the OEM or good charger could be an issue.
