I installed an iFixit replacement battery for my 13" Mid-2009 Macbook Pro. It works great; however I am no longer getting the low battery warning and it doesn’t go into sleep mode; just crashes around 7%. Have reset the PRAM, SMC and calibrated the battery. Still doing it. Anyone have a suggestion?
Turns out there was something wrong with the first battery I received. Contacted IFIXIT and a new battery was sent out free of charge. Works perfectly. My computer is running very well now and I am extremely pleased with IFIXIT’s customer service.
I have the same problem. I have send my problem to ifixit. I m waiting for their answer
