Installed new carburetor on 2003 Club Car DS, after test driving short distance there is gas leaking from the carburetor bowl. Did I get a defective carburetor? Had too long now to return.
Sounds like you may have a stuck float or something. May require dismantling carburetor to fix. Remove float and needle blow out inlet path with compressed air etc. Make sure float and needle are free and that needle shuts off fuel flow effectively. Then reassemble. Should be pretty easy fix.
