I just replaced the screen on my SP3. Thanks Ifixit. Process was smooth thanks to your instructions. However now my screen has a dead zone about 2 inches wide across the top. It responds to pen input albeit not 100%. I reinstalled windows 10 to no avail. What am I missing?

@kevranjac any “dead zone” on any touch screen is usually caused by a bad screen. I would suggest that you check with the vendor and replace it. Of course you do want to ensure that the connector is properly seated and the connector are not bend etc.
