I ordered a new phone screen because mine was cracked. I put on the new screen, and the display didn’t turn on. I put the old screen back on, and it worked perfectly fine. Then tried the new screen, and it still would not work. I put my old, cracked screen on and am using it now, the phone works with this screen. Something is wrong with the replacement screen you gave me. Can I get a refund?
