My Nintendo Switch console works on Tv, in fact I Can play without any problem. But when I remove the console from the dock, it doesn’t show anything, but the input and the touch works, it’s not the illumination, trust me, i tried that. Please help me as soon as possibile!!! I don’t know what to do :(
Considering your console just came out, you should be under warranty. If you can, return to the store to exange for another one. However, considering it is such short supply, you may have to send it to Nintendo to repair it. They’ll repair or replace it for free (except maybe for shipping). Hope this helps! P.S. fixing it yourself may void warranty.
Take it back to the store for an exchange, of course.
You can send it back to Nintendo and they won’t wipe the data!
