The person that had a company phone has left and reset the pass word how do I get the phone operational?
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you can’t get it operational again without that persons apple id and password. This is a “security feature.” Its called an icloud lock. To avoid this they needed to have logged out of the icloud on the phone before they reset it
