Hi, I have samsung UA55ES8000 tv and it was suddenly stop working. Cuz no backlight & no picture but sound still working. When i disconnect the LVDS cabel from T-CON board then backlight turns on.why is that? Please answer me

Dulan Wijesundara check your power board for bad capacitors and check the fuse on your T-con board. A failed T-con board can be a cause for a non-working screen. Post some images of all your boards with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. Update (11/08/2017) Okay so since you do have the backlight that means your panel and your power board are most likely ok. That leaves you with possibility of a bad T-con board as well as a bad main board. Do you have a multimeter that you can use? Can you check the fuse on the T-con board and see if it has continuity and/or power?
This occurs when the Closed Captioning is set to Text. Turn off the closed Captioning or select some other mode. Sometimes there is a button on the remote control with an icon on it that looks like two letter C’s in a box that does this. If not, you have to go into the TV’s menu and look in the Settings or Audio menu to figure out how to change the Closed Captioning settings.
