Cell reception triangle remains blank even when I’m in obvious cell range. To left of triangle reads “Emergency Calls Only.” Thus phone useless for telephoning and messaging. All works fine otherwise. I chatted with Tracfone. They told me to remove then replace the battery. Removing the battery is no small procedure for this phone. Thus, I am asking for help. To remove the battery follow this guide. Motorola Moto G 3rd Generation Battery Replacement something else you may want to try is to remove and clean the sim card . if you get no joy then try a factory reset but remember if you do a factory reset you will need to back up your data as all will be restored to the factory settings and all personal data lost .
