Steven, you have to be more explicit on how this started in order to get help. Did it happen after a drop or a liquid spill or a repair you did for example? Is it CDMA or GSM? Is the signal intermittent or always off? But basically, to start, if this did not happen after an incident of some kind, check the following:
- Are you using a metallic phone cover/case? If yes, try removing it.
- Is “Airplane Mode” ON by any chance? Turn it off.
- (For GSM models) try removing then re-inserting your SIM, then use another known good SIM. If the new SIM works, try cleaning your old SIM with a eraser, or replace it.
- Try rebooting: press and hold Home Button and Power Button together for 15 seconds.
- Try Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Network Settings but note that this will erase all your Wi-Fi passwords as well.
