Chosen Solution
Got a mac that supposedly had water damage. Fully inspected logic board and don’t see anything that sticks out, but when I connect the charger the light does not come on and the fans run at full blast. Machine won’t do anything else. Any ideas?
It seems you got what you purchased, a water damaged logic board. You’ll have to find schematics and boardview and start probing..since there’s no green light, the onewire circuit is at fault..you can start from that.
