Any solutions to this problem? Both fans are working properly and the coils are clean still no ice and the freezer isn’t cold enough to freeze anything

Hi @janhance , Is the compressor running continually trying to drive down the temperature? If so it may be a faulty compressor or a lack of refrigerant. Check for any oily residues around the compressor and condenser. This indicates a leak in the sealed system. Reading online LG has had a lot of problems with their compressors. How old is the refrigerator? Usually most manufacturers have a 5, 7 or 10 year warranty on the “sealed system”. This comprises the compressor, evaporator unit, condenser and all the associated pipes etc. But they only give a 12 month warranty on the rest of the refrigerator. Check the warranty in the user manual for your model and see what it says about the sealed system warranty. If the sealed system in your fridge is still within the warranty period, if it is a leak or a faulty compressor it should be fixed under warranty. At least the parts (compressors are expensive) but perhaps not the labour. Check what it says.
