The buttons on the control panel at times, only some are unresponsive. Then all lights are off and machine is inop. Did a power disconnect, no change. Held the drain/spin button for 3 seconds and control lock light came on, held again controls unlocked and machine operates. Do I have an intermittent problem in the user interface? I have read all 24 pages on this thread and no answer to my question. Model # 110 2644832 202
den25joan , Unplug machine and check all wires/plugs/connections for corrosion/damage/pinched/loose and all terminals for burnt/damage/corrosion on central control unit (CCU). You may have to run a diagnostic test as a first step, See below a link to the service manual with trouble shooting suggestions, how to test components and how to run diagnostics test to retrieve codes of what may be the issue.
