really confused to this problem i just got an old macbook air first generation and there is no sound out from internal speaker or headset. i have checked to system preferences and i’ve found in output device there is a dialogue box said no output device found. and i also have check to the system profiler to the audio section and there is on the dialogue box said Intel High Definition Audio: Device ID: 0x106B00A2 Audio ID: 0 please help me, is it a hardware or software problem? and how do i fix it? my best regard
