I have a Tview t90dvfd portable dvd player wont power on. Occasionally screen would flash and infrared bulbs for remote would turn on. I pulled the cover and found a burnt chip, not sure what it was. i searched, it might be an optocoupler, but the ones i bought are too large. 4 prong, perfectly square after i removed the damaged one. https://youtu.be/5QeawtJoZJA Update (12/09/2018) Try again
A shaky-cam video doesn’t allow us to discern any detail at all. Post a clear and well focussed picture. Based on what I can see, I doubt it’s an optocoupler as they tend to be used to separate a high voltage section of the board with a low-voltage section. When designing one in a circuit, a physical slot is milled into the pcb. So post a good picture where we can see the component designations and the surrounding circuitry.
