Solved No Power Power Button Light Blinks Once Power Mac G4 Quicksilver

Having an issue with a Power Mac G4 that’s not powering on. Here’s a video of what happens when I press the power button:

Nothing happens after that one blink. No fan spin, nothing at all. Any ideas? I’ve replaced the PRAM battery and tried running at minimal config.
