Getting no reception on new radio. Is there something I can tweak inside? Cat. No. 1200586

If it’s brand new and you’re sure you’ve followed the instructions (batteries installed correctly?) then take it straight back to where you bought it. They will either show you what you’re doing wrong (if anything), or replacei if it’s faulty.
