I have recently purchased a iphone 6 plus and the inside is missing most if not all the screws, ive brought a screw set for a 6 plus, just wondering how to go about making sure which goes where? Thanks in advance!!
This question gets asked pretty regularly but there isn’t a universally loved answer. The screw kits come all jumbled up. You have to measure the screw with a (digital) caliper to find the right lengths. Even then, some have different thread pitch, large heads etc. It’s a pretty tedious process and you have to double check with the relevant repair guide to insure you aren’t putting a long screw where a short screw should go, especially for the screen bracket area. Failure to do so can severely damage the logic board. Digital Caliper
