Did a charge port replacement on a note 5. After, the phone will only search for signal. Is that because I did not use the right charge port that is compatible with that carrier?
Yeah that is probably the case. The charging port variants have the antenna connector prongs in different locations which is why I do charger port replacements via soldering and not the whole charging daughter board. Edit forgot to add this: You have confirmed that the two antenna cables are plugged into the charging board and logic board right?
