so i have a iPhone 5s that had a wonky w/ digitizer so i popped it open and the connector (it was loose) this phone has been dropped a lot so the display came out almost like a 7. so like a book. every thing looks fine so i don’t know why its broken. UPDATE my mac is now detecting my phone

Have you disconnected the battery and tried a soft reset after securing the screen? I sometime have to soft reset after screen replacements (home button and power button , until you see the Apple logo).
