32 inch Sanyo. I get sound with only one channel. No problems getting sound when watching Blu-ray’s or DVD’s. I use OTA,so no cable issues. I’ve done the whole wait 5 minutes and press on for 15 seconds. 2018 Sanyo. Help
Hi @usaisokay , Have you tried re-scanning for all the channels again? Have you checked the orientation of the antenna to make sure that it is OK and hasn’t moved off direction to the TV transmitter towers? Check the signal strength of all the channels to see if the affected channels are weaker than the one that works Is the TV antenna cable connected directly to the TV or via a set top box (PVR?) of some type?
