@edward422 try some external speakers and see if that makes a difference. Also, check your audio setings. If none of that makes a difference, it is possible that you have issues with the audio IC’s. Unplug the TV and disassemble it, then take lots of pictures of the boards and post those with your question. That way we can see what you see. Use thios guide for that. Rep: 1
