Chosen Solution
I have an emmerson 50 inch tv. the sound from the tv doesn’t work and is not muted. All the setting seem to be turned on and correct. sound from other sources work. ( Netflix through my blue ray. movies from my red rhino box. just no sound from the television setting. Any ideas
It was the cable box. Unplugged it and it reset. Plugged it back in 5 minutes later. all is good.
