Nothing but a hiss when I play back videos. Camera shop technician had no more luck than I did. Could the microphone be defective and can I fix it myself? This camera is over 5 years old and Canon can’t fix it. Despicable customer service.
Hi @viktorlukic , Have you checked that the Audio settings are set correctly? Here are 2 images that explain the settings. (Click on the images to enlarge them for better viewing)
Try using Manual mode and see if it is better.
