video plays but has no sound
Hi, Check that you have the video, audio recording option enabled. Go to Home > Applications > Camera > select Video Mode > Settings > Setup > Audio Recording > select enable option If the audio recording option was disabled. enabling this option will not give you audio on videos that you have previously recorded, only on videos recorded after you have enabled the option.
