Chosen Solution
My DC33 has no suction at the floor but the wand continues to work properly. I have cleaned the brush roller and both filters, as well as the joints I could get to. No obstructions detected. Is there anything else I can try?
Hi @sschmit , Just double checking that you looked at the places shown in the image below.
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If you have check the suction at the point shown by the arrows (not sure which is the inlet). Be safety aware when you do this as the machine will be powered on.
