Chosen Solution
When I watch tv channels after few minutes the screen goes black but sound is on, but when I Watch Netflix or Kayo for hours nothing happens. Did the reset from service menu still no good, any thoughts??!!
ishtiaque789 since you already reset everything etc., I would check the backlight next. In a darkened room shine a flashlight at an angle against the screen. Make sure that the TV is on and that you get sound. If you can make out shapes and silhouettes then you know that you are having a backlight issue. This could be related to a bad power board or a bad LED backlight array. For more info we would need the exact model of your TV. Also, if you can remove the back from your TV and post some good pictures of all the boards and the interconnect wiring. Adding images to an existing question Update (06/02/2019) ishtiaque789 your backlight is on. Since it works when you use Netflix etc. my number one suspect would be the main board. Change that one and let us know what you find out.
