It sounds like you probably have an HDMI port problem. It could also be the HDMI ic chip but that is not as common. Most likely it will need an HDMI port or the ic chip. The emi filters can go bad as well , components and traces need to be tested for continuity. Here is a picture of these components https://asappcfix.com/pix/emi.jpg. The ic chip and emi filters are located on the opposite side of the motherboard under the heat shield.
