Folks Phone sounds when ringing, but when I try to play a video their is no sound, this is started today with my customer..i figure it could have been a faulty speaker?. Any ideas?
It likely isnt a faulty speaker if it works when ringning. I would suspect a software issue. Take a full backup, and then restore the device. Try setting up as a new iPhone first, and then restoring with the customers data
@sonnicham With Iphone will I have to log on to itunes etc.. and re register usernames and passwords? do you mean a factory reset or full reset??
