i can pickup neighbors wifi networks. like 8 of them. but i can turn on my wifi hotspot and ps3 does not see it. helppppp!!
Check your WiFi hotspot settings: First with so many active AP’s around you your hotspot maybe set for the same channel(s). Using your PC and a WiFi sniffer (google - stumbler for a free PC util) you should be able to isolate out a few channel or two. The next thing is to make sure your hotspot is set for 802.11 g on one of the channels as I don’t think the PS3 can access 802.11 n nets. Next adjust your hotspot as needed and using your PC again make sure you can see your hotspot where your PS3 is located and has a strong signal. Now try accessing the hotspot with your PS3.
I have a pocket wifi but when I want to scan Wi-Fi after 5-8 tells that there are no wireless connection available even at active mobile hotspot and so many other neighbour’s Wi-Fi connections, how I can connect it. Please help me
