Hi, I bought a Multimeter from JayCar Electronics today Digitech QM1529 DVM. It works fine but one thing doesn’t work, the non-contact voltage detector. When I try to use it with the DVM it comes up with - 951 when I’m not even holding it up to something!

Sorry you have a bad unit you’ll need to return it for an exchange or buy another probe.
